We never store full payment card numbers. Payments and subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record and processes card and billing details on our behalf.

AI and language model providers

To generate audit findings, recommendations, and summaries, we send relevant content, such as publicly accessible page content from audited URLs and related audit data, to AI and language model providers including Anthropic and OpenAI.

We use these providers through their business or API services. Under those services, content sent to them is not used to train their models. We do not send account passwords, payment card numbers, or unrelated private user data to these providers.

Users should only submit websites they own, manage, or are authorized to review.

When a user submits a URL, Cite Ready AI may access publicly available information from that URL and related public pages. The audit may analyze page content, metadata, structured data, crawlability signals, trust indicators, and other public information relevant to AI search readiness.

Audit results may contain information collected from public pages, generated recommendations, scores, and technical findings.

Users should not submit:

Cite Ready AI may store audit results and reports so users can access audit history, download reports, or review recommendations later.

Reports may include audit scores, technical findings, public page observations, AI-assisted recommendations, PDF exports, and shareable report data where enabled.

Where available, reports are delivered through authenticated access or time-limited links.

Users are responsible for deciding whether to share reports with others. Reports may contain information discovered from publicly accessible pages and generated analysis.
